These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Moon Valley Med Spa LLC (“Moon Valley Med Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the Moon Valley Med Spa website, online booking, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, booking an appointment, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book online. Patients under 18 may receive services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Appointments, deposits, and cancellations
When you book, you agree to the scheduled service, provider, and time shown at checkout. Some services may require a deposit. We ask that you cancel or reschedule with reasonable advance notice; missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee as described at the time of booking or by our front desk. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the services and any applicable deposits or fees.
Memberships
Our monthly membership automatically renews each month: we charge the payment method you provide for that membership on each renewal date until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account — your benefits continue through the end of the period you have already paid for, and the current period is not prorated or refunded. Membership charges are non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details. Gift cards are subject to the terms presented at purchase.
Communications
We contact you about your appointments and account by text message, email, and — if you choose it — a phone call, for reminders, confirmations, and one-time sign-in codes. When you book or create an account you select your preferred contact method(s), and you can change or withdraw them at any time in your account.
By providing your mobile number you consent to receive transactional text messages from Moon Valley Med Spa (appointment reminders, confirmations, and sign-in codes). Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, and manage your email preferences in your account. Your account
When you sign in on our website, you use a one-time code we send to your mobile number or to your email, rather than a password. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and email secure and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
