This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how Moon Valley Med Spa LLC (“Moon Valley Med Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles appointment cancellations, missed appointments, and refunds, returns, or exchanges. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. You can cancel or reschedule from your account or by calling us.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for a scheduled appointment, any deposit or prepaid service held for that appointment may be forfeited, and a cancellation or no-show fee may apply as described at the time of booking or by our front desk. (Confirm your specific notice window and any fee.)

Refunds & returns

Services, packages & prepaid treatments

Payments for services, service packages, and prepaid treatments are generally non-refundable once purchased. If you are unable to use an unredeemed prepaid service, we may — at our discretion — extend a credit for the pro-rated value of the unused treatments (at the discounted package price) that you can apply toward other services or products we offer.

Retail products

Unopened retail products may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. For health and safety reasons, opened products and any prescription or medical-grade items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards & memberships

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Our monthly membership automatically renews each month, charging the card on file on each renewal date until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account; your benefits continue through the end of the period you have already paid for, which is not prorated or refunded. Membership charges are non-refundable once charged.

Treatment results

Fees are for the services performed and the time reserved for you. Because individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed, we do not provide refunds based on treatment results. See our Terms & Conditions for more.
