Your extensions are attached to your natural lashes, which shed and regrow on their own cycle. As they grow out, you will want a fill every two to three weeks to keep your set looking full. With regular fills, you can maintain your lashes indefinitely rather than starting over with a new full set each time.
Classic places one extension on each natural lash for a refined, mascara-like enhancement. Volume uses lightweight handmade fans for a fuller, more dramatic look. Hybrid blends the two for added texture and density. During your appointment, your lash artist will help you choose a style that suits your natural lashes and the look you are after.
When applied and maintained properly, extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Each extension is isolated and bonded to a single natural lash so it can shed naturally. Choosing a weight your lashes can support and keeping up with gentle aftercare protects them. Avoiding rubbing and picking is the best way to keep your natural lashes healthy.
Not at all. You lie back comfortably with your eyes gently closed for the entire appointment while your lash artist works lash by lash. There is no pain involved, and because it takes a while, many clients find it deeply relaxing and even drift off to sleep. You will simply rest until your new lashes are revealed.
A full set generally takes anywhere from about an hour and a half to three hours, depending on the style you choose and the number of lashes applied. Volume sets tend to take longer because the fans are made by hand. Fills are much quicker since we are simply refreshing the lashes that have shed since your last visit.

Keep your lashes dry for the first twenty-four to forty-eight hours so the adhesive can fully cure. After that, cleanse them gently with a lash cleanser, avoid oil-based products, and do not rub or pick at them. Skip mechanical curlers and mascara on the extensions. This simple routine helps your set stay full and last between fills.
Yes, once the initial curing period has passed. You can swim and exercise as usual, though we suggest rinsing with fresh water and patting dry afterward. You can wear makeup, but choose oil-free, extension-safe products and avoid traditional mascara on the lashes themselves. Gentle handling and proper cleansing will keep your set looking its best.
For a wedding, vacation, or photoshoot, we recommend booking a few days ahead of the event rather than the day before. This lets your lashes settle and gives you time to get comfortable with the look. If you already wear extensions, scheduling a fill close to your event keeps them looking their fullest.
If you decide to take a break, please do not pull them off yourself, as that can stress your natural lashes. Your lash artist uses a professional gel or cream remover that gently dissolves the adhesive so the extensions slide off safely. You are also welcome to simply let them grow out naturally as your lashes shed over time.
