The benefits of contrast therapy
Alternating between hot and cold creates a "vascular pump" effect that delivers real, science-backed benefits.
Faster recovery
Reduce muscle soreness and speed up recovery after workouts by flushing out metabolic waste and increasing blood flow.
Reduced inflammation
Cold exposure constricts blood vessels and reduces swelling, while heat promotes healing — together they help manage inflammation.
Boosted circulation
The hot-cold contrast creates a pumping action in your blood vessels, improving overall circulation and cardiovascular health.
Enhanced mood & energy
Cold plunging triggers endorphin release and increases dopamine, leaving you feeling energized, focused, and uplifted.
Stress relief
Heat relaxes muscles and calms the nervous system, while cold builds resilience — a powerful combination for managing stress.
Better sleep
Regular contrast therapy can help regulate your nervous system and improve sleep quality.

Cold plunge & hot tub questions
Cold plunge therapy involves immersing your body in cold water — typically between 40°F and 60°F — for a set period of time. The controlled cold exposure triggers a powerful response from your nervous system, flooding your body with dopamine and norepinephrine that boost mood, sharpen focus, and accelerate physical recovery.
Hot tub therapy uses warm water immersion and hydromassage jets to relax muscles, ease joint tension, improve circulation, and melt away stress. Our hot tub reaches up to 104°F for deep, therapeutic warmth.
Contrast therapy means alternating between cold plunge and hot tub — moving between hot and cold to create a "vascular pump" effect that boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and speeds recovery. It's one of the most effective recovery protocols available.
Our cold plunge can be set as low as 40°F. We typically keep it between 45°F and 55°F — cold enough to deliver all the benefits, while remaining tolerable for most people.
Guests must be 18 or older to use the cold plunge and hot tub. Minors may be permitted with parental consent and supervision — please contact us for details.
Most people start with 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge. As you build tolerance, you can work up to 5 minutes or more. Listen to your body and never push beyond what feels safe.
Swimwear for both the cold plunge and hot tub. We provide towels. Please remove all jewelry and accessories before your session.
We recommend arriving hydrated but not on a full stomach. Avoid alcohol before your session. A light snack an hour beforehand is fine.
Absolutely. Combining the infrared sauna with cold plunge is one of the best contrast therapy protocols. Ask us about adding a sauna session to your visit.
With a monthly membership, you can come every single day. For recovery, 3–5 sessions per week is a great target. Daily cold plunging is safe for most people.
If you're pregnant, have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or any serious medical condition, consult your doctor first. When in doubt, ask your physician before your session.
When used properly, cold plunge and hot tub therapy are very safe. Risks include cold shock, lightheadedness, or overheating if used improperly. Our staff will guide you through safe protocols on your first visit.
